There are several ways you can activate our mobile banking product. Simply pick the one below that best fits your needs.
Android, iPhone or iPad App:
Step
1: Download our mobile banking application from Google®
Play or the Apple® App Store. The name
of our application for Android and iPhone devices is “FNB Spearman” and “FNB
Spearman iPad Version” for iPads. When
searching for our application you can use any of the following:
Step 2: Once the application is installed, launch it and sign on using the same credentials as Online Banking.
Step 3: Answer the security question,
Step 4: Read and agree to the Mobile Terms and Conditions.
Step 5: Carefully enter your mobile device’s phone number.
Step 6: Click “Enroll” and you will be directed to the Account View page.
Mobile Web Browser and/or Text Inquiry
Use the mobile Web browser if you have a device such as a Blackberry that does not use the Android or Apple operating system.
Step 1: Login to Online Banking. Then click the “User Services” menu item.
Step 2: Within the “User Services” menu item, select “Mobile Enrollment”
Step 3: On the initial enrollment page, select “Add Mobile Device” and enter the required information for your device.
Step 4: Click “View Terms and Conditions to Proceed”. Check that you accept the terms and conditions and then click “Accept”. This will return you to the enrollment page.
Step 5: Click “Enroll”.
Step 6: Select the appropriate services you want to enroll in and click continue
Step 7: Follow the on screen instructions to complete activation.
You must complete activation within 24 hours. If you fail to do so, then you will need to begin again at step 1.
